It is possible that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or there is another reason why you wouldn't want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The return costs are for the account of the buyer, so we do not reimburse this.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to test the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it. The cards attached to the product may not be removed if you still want to return the product. If this has happened, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
